- Route 1: Eligible Applicants: Owners’ Management Companies, Management companies of Build-to-Rent developments, Local Authorities, Approved Housing Bodies.
- Route 2: Eligible Applicants: Management companies, or equivalent, of multi-unit developments with two or more units, sharing facilities, amenities, and services, and having shared or private parking.
Grant Levels:
- Local Authority or Approved Housing Body: 90%
- Owners’ Management Company: 80%
- Management companies of Build-to-Rent developments: 60%
How to Apply:
- Partnership: Applicants need to partner with a Charge Point Operator who will provide a quotation and technical guidance.
- Quotations: Management companies are advised to seek three quotes from SEAI registered Charge Point Operators (CPOs).
- Coordination: CPOs will coordinate the required works, manage billing systems, and handle maintenance post-installation.
