Who can benefit?
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and large companies that are Enterprise Ireland clients and want to improve their performance and competitiveness through lean.
What’s included?
Fifty percent of eligible project costs, up to a maximum of €100,000 (€50,000 grant).
Projects typically span 6 to 9 months in duration.
How can it be utilised?
- Supporting specific process improvement initiatives related to production or delivery capabilities.
- Engaging an approved external Lean service provider to facilitate the project.
- Offsetting part of the salary costs for up to 10 staff members involved in the Lean project team.
