• 10% energy incentive discount on the cost of replaced equipment

Eligible Equipment & Technologies

Businesses can use the financing for various energy-efficient technologies, including:

• Commercial refrigerators & refrigeration chambers

• Photovoltaic systems (solar panels)

• Air conditioning units

• Solar water heaters

• Electrical substations & capacitor banks

• Energy-efficient lighting

• Thermal insulation

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for Eco-crédito Empresarial, businesses must meet the following criteria:

• Operate for more than one year

• Be registered as a Legal Entity (Persona Moral) or Sole Proprietor with Business Activity (Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial)

• Be a registered user of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) under a commercial rate with no outstanding debt

• Provide a co-signer (guarantor)

• Have good credit history or no prior credit history

• Agree to surrender inefficient commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and/or refrigeration chamber equipment
